Amor de Dios, Flamenco Arts and Spanish Dance Center

Perhaps the most well known Flamenco school, Amor de Dios, sits above the bustling Anton Martin market. It is the oldest flamenco school in central Madrid and many of the most famous international performers have passed through its halls. The school offers classes for all levels taught by Flamenco masters from around Spain. You’ll be instantly immersed in the passion and drama of flamenco. Drop-ins are welcome and there are classes scheduled throughout the day.

This conservatory-style dancer and musician training program also offers excellent classes for beginners. Learn to stomp your feet and twirl your skirt with highly skilled teachers. While walking through the hallways to your class, hear the sounds of flamenco guitar, singing and castanets. Located in the fun and hip Malasaña neighborhood, the school is a great starting point for exploring the shops and cafes that line the narrow streets.
